Every design is made in extremely limited numbers. Once a piece sells out, it doesn't come back — because true elegance is knowing no one else in the room is wearing what you have on.

Request a custom piecePickup is available same-day at Forsco Lounge, Awudome. For Bolt/Yango delivery within Accra, most orders arrive within a few hours of confirmation. Made-to-order pieces may take longer — we'll confirm timing with you on WhatsApp.
Each piece is carefully made with attention to detail, and we therefore require 5–7 working days to process and complete collection orders.
If you need your order within a shorter timeframe, express production is available at an additional cost, depending on our production schedule.
For custom-made pieces, we kindly ask that you finalize your order 2–3 weeks ahead of your required date. This gives us enough time to perfect the details, complete production, arrange fittings where necessary, and make any final adjustments.

Ready-to-Wear
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item received is incorrect or has a verified manufacturing defect. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be issued where applicable.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Due to the personalised nature of made-to-order and bespoke pieces, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced. Clients are encouraged to carefully confirm their measurements, colour, fabric and design details before production begins. If your piece has a verified production fault or differs from the agreed design, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate correction.
Alterations
Where necessary, we offer one complimentary minor alteration on eligible made-to-order pieces when requested within 5 days of delivery. Additional alterations may attract a fee.
